CSGA Announces Partnership with KOTA, A Mohegan LDI Enterprise

The Connecticut State Golf Association is pleased to announce KOTA, a Mohegan LDI Enterprise, as its “Official Office Technology Partner” for 2016. Based in Uncasville, KOTA, a Certified Minority Business Enterprise, is a provider of office imaging products and services representing manufacturers including Canon, Toshiba, Samsung and HP.

“KOTA is a great fit for our association,” says CSGA Executive Director Mike Moraghan. “They are a thoroughly professional group operating in a business space that is highly relevant to our member clubs and individuals throughout Connecticut. We look forward to having KOTA as part of our corporate team in 2016 and we’re eager to introduce them to our membership.”

KOTA will be the presenting sponsor at the Connecticut Amateur Championship at Wethersfield Country Club June 13-17, and at the Senior Four Ball Championship August 22 at Great Neck Country Club. Among the oldest golf championships in the world, the Connecticut Amateur will be conducted for the 114th time in 2016 at one of the state’s most historic venues. For many years the home of the PGA Tour’s Greater Hartford Open, Wethersfield will celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2016.

“We’re excited to connect KOTA to our most significant amateur championship, and to one of our most important and popular senior championships,” according to Moraghan, “having quality partners as presenting sponsors is a staple in championship golf and KOTA is an excellent match.”

“The Principals and associates of KOTA are very excited to begin our relationship with the CSGA,” says KOTA President Tod Pike. “We look forward to supporting the good work that the association does in promoting the game in Connecticut while we look to create and deepen our relationships with the business community throughout the state.”
