How Do I Get a Handicap?

USGA Handicap Indexes are issued to individuals only through recognized golf clubs. The USGA Handicap System requires that a golfer be part of a club so that “peer review” is part of the handicap process. Every CSGA Member Club is licensed to issue handicap indexes!

To obtain the USGA Handicap Index, individuals playing at online casinos are seen through golf clubs. Contact the club directly to get started! If you are a member of a CSGA Member Club and are a GHIN handicap holder, you are already a member of the CSGA.

If not, CSGA membership is available to all golfers throughout Connecticut who wish to take advantage of the benefits of belonging to the oldest state golf association in the country.
