(July 8, 2024) – Josh Ingham, Matthew Diramio, Conor Deasy, and Keith Salamon all captured titles on a hot and muggy day at the Tumble Brook Country Club One Day Tournament sponsored by Chris Cote’s Golf Shop.
In the Tettelbach Gross Division Josh Ingham, Matthew Diramio, and Conor Deasy all fired 3 under 69s to share the title.
Ingham put together a flawless round to earn his spot atop the leaderboard. His day was highlighted by three birdies in five holes to close out his front nine.
Matthew Diramio was 1 over through eight holes before turning his day around as he played his final 10 holes in a bogey-free 4 under.
Conor Deasy played his way to the top of the leaderboard with four birdies against just one bogey. All four of his birdies came in his first 12 holes.
The top five was rounded out by John Murphy III, Jason Zaniewski, Jonathan Bushka, and Chris Flowers all of whom finished 1 under and in a tie for fourth.
Leading the way in the Siderowf Gross Division was Keith Salamon thanks to his 4 under 68 that included an eagle on the par-5 15th, four birdies, and just two bogeys.
Dave Jones (-3) finished second, Stuart Goldstein (-2) took third while Mark Vasington and Bill Hermanson shared fourth at 1 under.
In the Tettelbach Net Division Deasey (-5) took the top spot with Walter Keuchkerian II (-4) one shot further back in second place. Ingham (-3) finished third while Chris Szymonik and Matt Besta shared fourth at 2 under.
Frank Flood (-5) paced the Siderowf Net Division finishing four shots in front of seven players in a tie for second at 1 under. The group included Paul Vaitkus, Salamon, Vincent Grillo, Mike Kraczkowsky, Stuart Goldstein, Wade Harshaw, and Bob Fliss.
There were a number of low scores on Monday at Tumble Brook CC but the shot of the day was the hole-in-one recorded by Mike Kraczkowsky on his second hole. It was the second ace of Kraczkowsky’s career.
