1) Any previous Russell C. Palmer Cup champion
2) Any previous Connecticut Amateur or Connecticut Open Champion.
3) New England Amateur Champions of the past 5 years (2021-2025)
4) Champions of the following CSGA events in 2025: Jr. Amateur, Borck Junior, Mid-Amateur, Public Links, Sr. Amateur & Sr. Match Play
5) Players who advance to the Round of 16 in the 2025 Connecticut Amateur
6) The top 10 amateurs in the 2025 Connecticut Open
7) The top 20 finishers in the 2025 Russell C. Palmer Cup
8) Players who successfully advanced to 2026 US Open Final Qualifying, 2025 US Amateur or 2025 US Mid-Amateur
9) Members of the 2025 New England Junior Team
10) The top 25 players in the 2025 Dick Tettelbach Player of the Year Rankings
11) The top 10 players in the 2025 Dick Siderowf Senior Player of the Year Rankings
12) The Country Club of Waterbury will receive 2 exemptions to be used at their discretion
