Suffield, Connecticut (September 10, 2025) – At the Suffield Country Club Siderowf Divison One Day Tournament sponsored by Chris Cote’s Golf Shop, it was Dean Godek who captured the title.
Playing in the afternoon, wave Godek began his round on the par-3 fifth hole and got off to a quick start with birdies on Nos. 4, 5, and 7. Two bogeys would follow to drop Godek back to 1-under but a birdie on the par-5 13th proved to be the difference.
Godek would finish with a 2-under 70 to earn a one-shot victory over Eric Litke (-1) in the Siderowf Gross Division. For Godek, it was his fifth One Day Series win of the year.
Patrick McGuiness (E) was third, Ray Underwood (+1) took fourth, while Keith Salamon, Robert Bartha, Tom Cutone, Bruce Kraczkowsky, and Richard Stevens all shared fifth at 4-over.
In the Siderof Net Division Litke (-2) finished atop the leaderboard, Michael O’Neill and Tom Frechette were tied for second at 1-under, with Wade Harshaw and Peter Hill one shot further back in a tie for fourth at level-par.
