After opening with a 1-under 71 to take a one-shot lead into day two, Chang didn’t have her best on day two, but despite a 6-over 78, she was still able to extend her advantage. Chang, 5-over for the tournament, will now carry a four-shot lead into the final round.
“Tomorrow I’m going to try and not focus on the leaderboard or my playing partners,” Maddie Chang said. “I am just going to focus on my pre-shot routine and hitting fairways. Then hopefully some putts will drop.”
